Challenge
Roberto Cavalli introduced Karen Wazen as the new regional brand ambassador for its perfume line, with an exclusive event for VIPs and top influencers. Plan Digital was tasked with delivering a Glambot shoot that would capture cinematic, slow-motion red-carpet moments aligned with the brand’s luxury identity.
Two major challenges emerged during production:

Projection Backdrop: The set design featured a projection that was not flicker-free, creating difficulties when filming with the high-speed Phantom camera inside a cage-like setup that normally requires strong lighting.

Venue Constraints: The shoot took place on the 43rd floor, where narrow service elevators made it impossible to transport the robotic arm in standard fashion.
Approach
Plan Digital reworked the shoot to prioritize mood and cinematic atmosphere. Lighting was reduced, frame speeds adjusted, and the majority of the refinement was handled in post-production. Despite the technical limitations, the Glambot system captured dynamic and stylish slow-motion moments, bringing the event’s energy and exclusivity to life.
