Challenge

Al Ain Consulting Engineers, working with Aldar, wanted to elevate the way potential homeowners experience the Tayseer community. Instead of relying on flat brochures or static floorplans, the goal was to create immersive 3D models that would allow buyers to visualize spaces, layouts, and design variations before making a decision.

Approach

Plan Digital produced 29 detailed interactive villa models, including layouts like the example above. Each model allowed users to explore interiors, room divisions, and outdoor spaces seamlessly. The models were deployed on Aldar’s website and iPads for sales teams, making them highly accessible for both online and in-person presentations.

Results

  • Delivered a full set of 29 villa types brought to life in 3D.

  • Created interactive walk-through experiences that enhanced customer understanding of layouts.

  • Enabled Aldar sales teams to present the homes in a more engaging and interactive format.
